Sometimes I wish I could go back, rewind my life and press pause. I want to be little again!
“True love comes quietly, without banners or flashing lights. If you hear bells, get your ears checked.” ~ Erich Segal
I happened to read this quote somewhere today. How true it is! Love just slowly washes over you; consuming every inch of your body and soul. You are not even sure how or when you fell for that stranger. You just did.
Siblings and cousins are the first friends that we have! I’m sure all of us would have crazy stories about all the times that we spent with them. I have a list of stupid things that we did and still do! Every vacation I used to look forward to meeting up with my cousins cause it meant that my sister and I could do a lot things which were a strict no-no during the school days.
Don’t leave me yet
As the night’s still young
And our heart’s song unsung
It’s that time of the year again! Mangoes, jack-fruits, plums, ice lollies and lazy afternoons welcome me in my sweet little village. This time around I plan to spend as much of my time sitting in the mango grooves by the river and in the temples tucked in the hills far away.
कधी आभाळ फाटून कोसळणार्या पावसा सारखी
तर कधी गवताच्या पातीवर पडणार्या दवा सारखी
What a day today! It’s raining cats and dogs all over Maharashtra and as the ‘life line’ of Mumbai had crumbled, I’m sure most of us would have spent a beautiful day at home, enjoying these torrential rains! Well..I had an amazing day most certainly.
I got stuck, paddled my way through the railway tracks which were waterlogged, made some new friends and finally got home by afternoon. And the rest of the day was very cosy and relaxed. I got to spend time with my family and we played board games! It was amazing and this has inspired me..hope you guys like it 🙂
What’s in the name? ,they say
But a name can make your day
Just a random name it is
But it reminds you of your first kiss
